Shipping policy

Most orders ship out within 24 hours. We pride ourselves with how quickly our orders usually ship out. We make no guarantees that orders will be shipped out within any timeframe. We ship out using USPS (Priority & First Class) and UPS (Ground). Our listings will usually indicate which shipping service is being used.


Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on many of our listings. Our listings will usually indicate that an item will ship free. Orders that combine items with free shipping and items with paid shipping will usually have a shipping cost that equals the paid shipping items. USPS Priority and First Class Shipping

Most orders go out USPS priority (1 to 3 business days). Some lighter items may be shipped USPS First Class (USPS claims 1 to 3 business days for First Class packages). The tracking will show an estimate of about when your order will reach you.

UPS Ground Shipping

Some heavier/larger orders will be shipped out UPS Ground. UPS Ground takes about 1 to 5 days for delivery. The tracking will show an estimate of about when your order will reach you.

Overnight/Next Day Shipping

We do not offer overnight shipping as a shipping option when you normally order due to cost and added complications. If your order is time sensitive, contact us first at qmpracingstore@gmail.com. If you contact us early enough we may be able to send the order out overnight for an additional fee. No guarantees are provided that the order will make it to you in time, but we will do our best.

 

Delays in Shipping

There may be a delay in processing an order anytime we have to contact you before we can manufacture or ship the order out. If there are any personalizations/customizations to do for an order, the handling time may be increased. Sometimes due to events out of our control an order may be delayed during shipment, we ask for your patience during these occurences.

 

Shipping Returns

Shipping any returns are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for supplying their own shipping label. If a customer wants us to provide a return shipping label, then the cost of that label will be subtracted from the refund. Whether the customer is supplying their own shipping label or if we are supplying the shipping label, customers are responsible for transporting their shipment to the shipping provider. Some shipping providers may allow you to request a pickup.
